Frequently asked

What is a sintered panel filter?
A sintered panel filter is a rigid filter element designed for industrial dust collection. Its stable structure and surface-filtration configuration make it suitable for selected fine-powder applications and pulse-cleaned systems.
A typical installation interface is 560 × 80 mm. The length (L) can be customized according to the equipment design, up to approximately 2200 mm.
Two main configurations are available: PTFE and PTFE Antistatic. The antistatic version can be selected where electrostatic accumulation needs to be controlled.
The typical operating temperature is approximately 80°C. A modified temperature-resistant version can be evaluated for applications up to approximately 110°C, subject to actual process conditions.
Yes. The panel filter is our primary configuration, but cylindrical sintered filter cartridges are also available for selected or customized applications.
